“People who use the internet more are happier”

as said by Jim Stolze, the author and researcher of the Virtual Happiness Project. This project involves a psychological approach to Internet Usage and tries to answer questions like: Could you live without the Internet? What is the difference between online and offline friendships? How can you manage the digital information overload? Why do we do what we do, online?

One of the outcomes of the project is that there is a significant relation between internet use and happiness; people who have access to internet report more happiness than non-users. Interesting outcome isn’t it? I recommend you watching the video to get an introduction into the project.
